# Strawberry Honey Wine (Mead)

## Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup water
- 1 package brewers yeast
- 1 yeast nutrient

## Instructions

1. Add fresh strawberries to a sanitized vessel.
2. Add honey.
3. Add water, leaving some space at the top.
4. Prepare brewers yeast in a small bowl.
5. Add the prepared yeast and yeast nutrient to the jar.
6. Mix well.
7. Add a cap with an airlock to allow gas to escape.
8. Set aside in a dark place and let ferment for at least a month.
