## Ingredients

- 2 lb boneless chicken thigh
- to taste buffalo wild wings parmesan garlic sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 small head broccoli, chopped
- 24 oz baby potato
- 1 whole onion, sliced
- olive oil
- parmesan cheese, shredded

## Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray.
2. Wash and quarter the baby potatoes, slice the onion, and chop the broccoli into slightly larger pieces.
3. Add all vegetables to the sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with half of the seasoning blend.
4. Place chicken thighs in a bowl, add the remaining seasoning and enough Parmesan Garlic sauce to coat, then stir well.
5. Arrange chicken on the sheet pan with the vegetables and bake at 400 degrees F for 35 minutes or until the chicken reaches at least 185 degrees F.
6. Broil for a few minutes if desired, then top everything with shredded Parmesan cheese.
