## Ingredients

- grilled buns
- red onions
- carrots
- sausages
- bacon
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- butter
- water
- sirop de Liège

## Instructions

1. Cut the red onions.
2. Peel and cut the carrots into sticks.
3. Place the carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Remove the casing from the sausages.
5. Fry the sausages in a pan.
6. Fry the bacon in the same pan.
7. Add butter to the pan, followed by the onions, water and syrup.
8. Place the carrots in the oven.
9. Mix salad ingredients in a bowl.
10. Fill the bun with sausage, fried onions, and bacon.
