## Ingredients

- 2 cups Pioneer Original Baking Mix
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 12 pre-cooked breakfast sausage links
- 0.5 cup maple syrup

## Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix together baking mix, milk, eggs, and maple syrup.
3. Grab a mini muffin pan and fill each muffin hole halfway.
4. Cut precooked breakfast sausage links into quarters.
5. Place a piece of sausage in the center of each muffin.
6. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes until the tops turn golden brown.
